		<description>Thanks for the comment Stacie.  Yes, talking in front of camera can be fairly daunting for those not used to it. It helps having someone experienced behind the camera  (interviewer/director) that can ask the right questions and make the person in front of camera feel more relaxed. Good luck.</description>
